No. He is annoying as hell with all his bragging and then not going through with fights. But when he does fight he is a great cruiserweight and a good heavyweight. He has too many good wins to be dismissed as a joke. The top contenders and champions that he beat and usually knocked out know that Haye is no joke. If he fought Wilder I would pick Haye to win by KO.
