Tribal Pride’ for title ride

Well, I've been watching Quiles for awhile. The situtation is this, Ricky won a title eilinator for the vacant IBF Lightweight at that time, but than out of nowhere Jesus Chavez got the belt. Than he was left hanging for awhile, now Quiles getting a chance at the belt but ----
The title, held by Jesus Chavez, who won it by defeating the late Leavander Johnson last year, was put aside after he was injured, rendering him unable to make his mandatory defense against Quiles. The winner of the May 18 title fight will fight Chavez, upon his recovery—or he will be upgraded to full champion if Chavez cannot, or will not, defend within a time frame not yet set by the IBF.
I dont know whats going on. Fishy things are happening, maybe its because he is a pure boxer, sort of like Tiger Smalls was and always ended up getting screwed big time. This is what happens when you dont cut it for promotors.
