There have been some questions over Floyds resume but I think its solid at worst. He has some very good fighters on there and in years to come will be appreciated. Here's my take on your points.

Zab-baldomir leftovers

Baldomir-journeyman
Baldomir was lineal WW champ at the time and although better fights out there is legit on that basis alone.

Oscar -part-time fighter very well past it
True however he was coming off the back of a big win v Ricardo Mayorga. Plus he had size advantage over FM. Most importantly, ODL was boxings cash cow - Floyd fighting and beating hime made him the PPV star he is today - legit fight.

Hatton-struggled vs collazo at 147 , bloated at 147
Hatton wasn't a 147lber but he was the top dog at 140 and unbeaten. The fight made sense.

Marquez-old ,too small and cheated on scales
Marquez is a great great fighter but I would agree here.

Mosley-old ,off 16 month layoff
Agree however, there was lots of appetite for this fight after Mosley had violated Antonio Margarito - plus he was still a top 10 WW at the time.

Ortiz- a known quitter
True Ortiz had quit against MM however he was on a good run and was a top young and strong WW. IMO he was actually pushing Floyd, who knows what could've happened if he hadn't lost his head.

Cotto-margarito and pac leftovers, past it
Initially yes but the performance he put up showed that it was a legit fight and there was still appetite for this fight.

Ghost-overated overhyped C-fighter
Agree - although RG was a champ in his own right.

Canelo-green, overhyped overated fighter who beat a bunch of 140 lb ers at 154
Agree. Plus he was drained.

Maidana- solid tough fighter but lost to khan and alexander clearly.
Maidanas performance proved this was a legit fight. After he beat Broner there was massive appeal for this fight.

Pac-shot past it fighter, marquez leftovers
Yes Pac was shot but still a top 5 P4Per. Remember Floyd wasn't prime either.
