That should of been a loss for Mayweather; I've just watched the fight. Poor decision in my opinion, to be honest.

i remember calling my boy after the fight in disbelief that i just witnessed mayweather lose his first fight, then after they read the scores just hanging up on my friend, again, in disbelief.

Easily my two favrorite fighters in the sport, despite contrasting styles and personalities.

Clear cut victory for JLC however. That should have went down as a "W" in his favor with the accompanied "L" for Floyd.

Observe Floyd ever so cautius against him.

He imposes his will on virtually everyone else...but he can't bully JLC around.

Oh and people need to start giving Floyd credit for his granite chin someday.

like JLC woulda prolably given floyd a rematch too to redeem himself

After Hatton absorbs a tremendous amount of clean effective shots yes. Floyd would pedal away from him landing flush lead left hooks and uppercuts...when Hatton begins to swell he'd piece together combos and finish him.

Eamonn Magee can drop Ricky....Floyd can. Worse.
