Comments Thread For: Amir Khan: Berto Can Pull Off Upset of Mayweather

Amir Khan is giving his friend and gym stablemate, Andre Berto, a shot to pull of a huge upset on September 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, where he challenges the pound-for-pound king of boxing, Floyd Mayweather Jr., for the WBC/WBA welterweight titles.

Khan was hoping to get the shot himself after two years of chasing. Instead, Mayweather announced Berto as the Showtime Pay-Per-View opponent.

Khan is right. He just left out the word, "not." Berto can NOT pull of upset of Mayweather.

What is even worst for Khan that Floyd selected a fighter less deserving than him that is his stable mate

Right uppercut, been calling it! I know, what are the chances? But if it happens, I will look like Nostradamus so.....you heard it here first! Right uppercut floors Mayweather.
