  • Does Tyson Fury have a chance against Klitschko?

    [/B][/B]Hey guys,

So what do you think? Tyson is younger, undefeated, has an unorthodox style, fights conventional and as a southpaw. I say this is def gonna be a test for Wlad!

Wlad hasnt looked great in his last few fights even considering his opponents. Jennings did ok, landed a few every now and then. Pulev, Leapai, Pianeta were all kos but was anyone really impressed? I know they were all mandatorys. Is age finally catching up to him, he def has slowed down, seen him breathing heavy too.

Also his jab jab grab style isn't going to be that effective with a fighter that actually has a height and reach advantage over him. Can Tyson Fury become the next Heavyweight champ.?

A unification with Fury and Deontay Wilder would be really interesting and would bring some much needed excitement to a lackluster division.

People desperately WANT him to have a chance so they've convinced themselves that he isn't a giant oaf who has narrowly worked his way through a series of complete bums.. I like watching Tyson fight, and he's even shown improvement recently. But, no, he's not a legit threat. *

Jennings rudimentary movement gave an older Klitschko fits. Its harder for him to establish his prodding jab, and if he cant do that then he struggles to land the straight right or the left hook. It was similar in the Haye fight, though Haye has such bad balance he could never turn his movement into decent punching opportunities. Everything comes off the jab for Wlad.

Fury when he is in shape and disciplined has pretty good movement on the outside and he wont be bullied on the inside either. He can also jab and punch on the move which a lot of WK's opponents cant do.

The key for him is staying disciplined for all 12 rounds, if he can do that he has a pretty good chance IMO.

      Big if though.

Fury's a Top 5 Heavyweight. Of course he has a chance.

Wlad looked far from unbeatable in his last fight.

            Dude's 40 years old ffs.

I like Fury....He definitely brings some attributes to the table that could pose difficulties for Wlad...I just don't believe they are obstacles that Klitchko won't be able to overcome...
Fury must control distance with his jab and activity or he's cooked...He won't be able to bully Wlad like everyone else he's faced...
I believe Fury gives a valiant effort but loses a convincing UD...

Tyson Fury is a big, strong young man, with boxing skills. I give him a 40/60 shot. More than likely he gets Ko'd though. lol!

The same Fury that got put hard on his azz by a light hitting cruiser weight? Can't see him going 12 without eating something from Wlad he can't handle
