One would think that with all the lawsuits, tv ads and controversy, the debut show of The Next Great Champ would get high rating numbers. Instead, the debut show tanked in the ratings, when comparing rating numbers of this past Tuesday, the show ended up in fourth place and earned a significantly lower rating than the show it replaced in the very same time slot, Trading Spouses. Oscar De La Hoya must be kicking himself for getting involved with this show.
