Tarver's opinion of where he stands in the game puts him in the same ball park as Amir Khan.

Tarver is propably gonna receive his reality check next Saturday against Cunningham.
His win over a totally gun shy, glass-chinned and shot Banks means nothing. Tarver is out of his mind. But i give him a 30% Chance to knock Steve out because Steve is no real heavyweight either and was knocked down and out some times before. But hes faster, fresher, in better shape and younger than Tarver so the most realistic outcome is a Points win for Cunningham i think.

Tarver almost sounds as bad as Briggs!

Word, if he beats Cunningham he will find himself in the top 5 of the major sanctioning bodies. Props to Tarver for taking the honourable route to a title shot, facing name contenders, unlike Briggs. People keep hating, if he beats Cunningham he is for real, just saying.

Tarver is no spring chicken but he's still gonna put USS in a stretcher.

Yeah I doubt Wlad is thinking too much about Tarver. Wlad will barely talk about the prospects of fighting Wilder as he has a fight upcoming. Wlad is a pro, he isn't thinking about anyone other than Fury.

anyway, Steve is a respectable HW who has been active, he's a damn good fighter - if Tarver KO's him or beats him decisively ( and passes drug test) then I will take him seriously
