James Toney is finished. He already has Chronic Trauma Encephalopathy. You have a 75% chance of developing something bad if you've boxing over 400 professional rounds. Toney has done 700+, a lot of them against guys far bigger than himself, and god knows how many grueling rounds of Kronk sparring.
