why is there a need for a rematch? Plus I doubt Toney can get into any kind of shape.

I think Jones takes an easy UD Toney. Toney is too out of shape, his frame doesn't support 200+ lbs including in Boxing. Jones on the other hand still looks to keep himself in shape.

What's interesting is, though Jones has had the devastating KnockOut loses, Toney has never been KO'd and yet Jones seems to have his mind right considering the big Ko loses.

Jones doesn't need Toney. Jones gets decent fights and performs at a higher level than Toney. They are both shot but Toney is shot and double shot all to hell. Jones would easily beat him. They should both retire but because Jones can still fight reasonably well he gets better paying fights. The circus atmosphere might make Jones vs Toney a decent seller.

            no need for that fight.

Jones beat him years ago and would beat him again pretty much the same even now they're both WELLpast their bests.

Toney has deteriorated much more, almost ceetainly down to his lack of discipline. J

Jones has probably suffered less damage although being ko'd than Toney has in all those rounds.

Toney has an iron jaw and so does Briggs. They both beat up on the most terrible opposition imaginable and then demand a shot a Wlad for the big pay day. This might be a more even fight between two totally washed up fighters. I would pick Briggs because Toney is extremely fat as you pointed out. Toney is so fat his rolls have rolls. Jones does seem mentally sharp which is a good reason for him to quit fighting because the punches he takes now could harm him years later. Toney sounds punch drunk right now.

I think the fact that you can't hurt Toney might actually cause more brain damage for him than Jones getting KOed with a few hard punches. Toney gets hit with bombs and they cause brain damage even though he stays on his fight. I sure don't need to see Jones beat up Toney again. They should both retire for their own good.
