It's an A performance for an opponent he'd like to face. Berto was easily outboxed for the majority of the fight by a fighter who wouldn't get in the top 20 at any weight class he's competed in, but Berto could get a stoppage which enabled Floyd to give his mate a pay day.

No danger for Floyd, Berto coming off a win, win win for both of them.
