Yes but the WBA are the worst, they ranked a dead guy in their top 15 a couple of months ago (Ali Raymi). Most fighters see the WBC as the most prestigious.

About the skipping Benavidez jr, not elevating him and instead trying to give it to Broner, thats Al Haymon's doing.

This guy whooped Jessie Vargas' @ss and was robbed as I recall. He brought serious pressure and I think that Broner may wilt again but will no doubt recieve the robbery decision even if he only wins 2 rounds clearly.
