Most of, if not all of yall, were not around during sugar ray robinsons career. You dont know who he avoided, cause you guys would've said he ducked "so-n-so" and tried to take away from his legend. You cant grasp the boxing era of his time, and how people felt, the atmosphere of his time during his era, so you are just saying a name based on what others have said. with that being said, Floyd Money Mayweather. He was a boxing prodigy who lived up to that moniker. Who else besides Micheal Jackson, went from a child who was bred to do something and actually lived up to the hype? He showed what you can do, to someone with your hands, while not being the strongest or biggest, making the most Money in SPORTS! the#1 and probably the top 5 PPV fights (this is the ppv era, and he took the crown by beating the previos owner in the ring) You can hate all you want. He's the hardest worker in his sport, doesnt drink or do drugs. and they keep records in sports to indentify how good you've been, there called WINS and Loses, and by the sports official ruling, he beat everyone he faced during his professional career (with no losses or draws), and was robbed of a gold medal. In my humble opinion no one of the last 20 years comes close to the top 10. Not even roy and he is my favorite fighter. Right after the ruiz win he was arguably top 15 ever.
