Former three division world champion "Sugar" Shane Mosley says he suffered a love TKO because his ex was already married when she said "I do" to him, and then made out like a bandit when she divorced him -- but that's not her memory of what went down.

The ex-champ marched into an Los Angeles courthouse on Wednesday to start taking legal action against Jin Mosley -- who he was married to from 2002 to 2011.

I'd love nothing more than this being true and Shane taking her to the cleaners to take back all of the things HE earned. Saddens me that she managed to get so much when Shane was the one who went out and earned it, makes you wonder why these people get married without a bulletproof prenup.
