Berto must have some dirt on Haymon or signed a contract back in the day guaranteeing him a Floyd fight.
Back in June 2011 he fought Victor Ortiz in what people thought was a tune up fight to set up Jr. vs Berto that year. Jr. and 50 were even at the fight. Ortiz had the fight of his life and upset those plans.
Maybe he was still owed something from that deal. Its really the only thing I can think of to justify this one on PPV.
