Often tired of everything Dan Rafael says... The fact is, he is a horrible journalist and shouldn't be writing for ESPN or about boxing. He is often overly critical of fighters, ironic because Rafael probably has never spent a day in a boxing ring, has never probably been in a fight and he truly sounds moronic/hypocritical of fighters. He tried his hardest to slander Rigondeaux but often Praises Mayweather/Lomachenko for their overly cautious aprouch to the sport.

Id be a very happy man, if ESPN got ride of Dan and had some of their other worthless journalist to take over. Atleast we wouldn't have to hear from a 300lb man on the "extensive" knowledge on the sport of boxing. He is the biggest joke in the boxing world, period!

Are you serious.. Rafael publicly destroyed Pac multiple times on the radio, praised Mayweather for still doing what he does better than everyone else at 38. I do agree 100% he is up TR butt and writes anything they ask of him, although he will say otherwise he had no problem with Algeri/Rios but is quick to throw showtime/Haymon fighters under the bus without a second thought.

I think Salka took it a little out of context. He was just saying it was a big mismatch of Salka-Garcia proportions. He didn't really disrespect Rod at all, did he ?

Salka can take it as an insult all he likes, and I don't blame him, but it doesn't change anything. Garcia/Salka was the worst cherry pick in recent memory and deserves to be ridiculed. It did then, it does now, and it always will deserve to be ridiculed.
