Kovalev Vs Golovkin sounds like the Fight to End ALL Fights

I don't see it happening, but if these two sharks got in the ring together, that would be a flat-out war that would be worth paying for anytime.

Kovalev would probably get hi, being the bigger man, but I am not so sure. Such a great fight to watch though.

    Fight will never occur!!! Never!

Golovkin doesn't have the build to move up to 175 and if he did, he would lose a lot of his physical advantages.

      No...
Not competitive. Kovalev is already the better of the two, then add a significant difference in weight.

It would be a war for a few rounds until Kovalev ends it. KOvalev is a lot bigger. He would KO GGG and I'm a big GGG fan.

Both of them are great fighters but GGG is a small to average size middleweight while Kovalev is a big light heavyweight. Kovalev has about 20 pounds of natural weight advantage so it's not a fair fight at all. Kovalev was asked about fighting GGG and he dismissed the fight. He said GGG had no reason to fight someone so much bigger when there were lots of middleweights for him to fight. When two equally great fighters fight and one is much bigger then the bigger fighter will almost always win. Just let Crusher smash the light heavyweights and let GGG destroy the middleweights.

Style wise, though, what a fight. Would be like Zale and Graziano. Definitely one for the ages, even though Kovalev has the size advantage. Like I say, it won't happen, but I think the two not only make great fights, but they are also highly skilled which is rare.

Kovalev is huge, the result is common sense

Oh I'm fine with that for sure. Just saying that style wise it would be one hell of a match-up. If only the size did not get in the way.

Of course, like you say, it will still be plenty of fun to watch them devour their own divisions.

these guys aren't even remotely close in size

why are people so obsessed with matching this small middleweight up with guys who could reign at cruiser
