    Man, they should fight Teper, the guy who beat Duhaupas and Price.

    But I guess it doesn't matter much. He has to fight Povetkin or Klitschko soon.

              Can anybody clarify for me please, Wilder has to face a top 15 guy right ? Or have the rules changes ? I don't get it, why are Wawczyk and Hughie being discussed have the WBC changed the rules ?

                Because sanctioning bodies can shuffle their ranking pretty much at their whim.

                  Yea they have to be in the top 15.... but the WBC board of ratings members or w/e the hell they are can hold a vote/meeting to approve anybody in the top 20.... Wawzryk is like 21 though... so it's still possible
