No one looks amazing in every fight. RJJ even got knocked out like a dummy eventually. Tito got in over his head (I still say he beat Oscar doe cuz Oscar ran like a b^tch late + was scared early & wasn't engaging with Tito enough, but either way that fight was close judging it 10-9 vs giving Oscar extra points for winning those middle rounds clearly vs Tito winning his rounds closer), but to not go deep down those silly rabbit holes my overall my point remains the same without getting into specific fights cuz no one looks amazing from first to last fight.

Spence hasn't spent the time in the ring most of the cats I'm talking about did. Spence didn't start fighting til 15ish iirc. RJJ & Floyd were boxing in diapers. Sweet Pea started boxing before he was 10. Tito started later, but I don't believe he was even a teenager before he laced them up.

I think having that extra time in the ring from such a young age is what made some of those great fighters have such high level muscle memory & so much 2nd nature habits in the ring that I don't see in Spence.

Idk but I don't see what I saw in Floyd, RJJ, Tito, Sweet Pea & other great boxers in their prime in Spence is all I know. Its not even a diss so much as an observation from my own personal point of view. I mean Ricardo Lopez is one of my all time favorites & never lost a fight, but I didn't see that in him either.

He had a great performance in a fight he was expected win easily. If you're asking me to anoint him after winning this fight, I'm sorry, I won't. But listen, I'm not disagreeing with you either. I'm not saying he won't be p4p king. I'm simply saying that he's not there yet. Things have to play out. There are other fighters who have that potential, mainly Crawford and Loma. We'll have to wait and see with them also. Just pump the brakes a little.

Just what else would you need to see from him?

Fair enough, just what would he have to do to prove this to you?

Spence looked very good. There's nothing negative about his performance.

Man you been on the bandwagon since day one!! Fair play, at this point, Spence does look like a P4P type of fighter. If he beats Thurman or Crawfard, you can possibly make a case for him being P4P #1

Idk that there's anything he can do or should be doing to please me specifically lol.

Like I said I've seen plenty of great fighters (Ricardo Lopez, JCC Sr-although in fairness the first JCC Sr fight I saw was vs Meldrick Taylor so that mighta been the issue with him-come to mind) who didn't give me that supernatural, unbeatable feeling that certain boxers did. Spence is just the most recent of these P4P discussed guys.

Its not so much a stance I'm taking as just throwing out my internal feeling when watching Spence vs other tip top boxers. Its not even a feeling I'm choosing or not choosing to have its just my personal feelings.

What world you living in that you think 40 year old Pac and Jr. would trouble a young power hitter that is fundamentally sound?

Pac vs Spence in prime years would be a fight for the ages. Jr. would of never fought Spence in his prime.

Maybe if Spence was 23-24 and still too green where he could beat him due to lack of experience. No way in hell would he fight a current Spence at any stage of his career.

At 147, Thurman should give him issues, and Crawford could outbox him. At 154, Lara could outbox him, and Charlo and Hurd could knock him out.

I think Spence could become undisputed at 147, but will probably have issues at 154.
