Porter vs Maidana?

Logically one would pick Porter due to Maidana's condition and inactivity but... I dont think Porter's strength would work vs Maidana who is also strong himself and one more thing, 1 punch from Maidana and it's night night for Porter.

I don't like the fight, honestly. What's our recent track record with inactive fighters recently?
Kirkland off a year layoff/No Tune-up - KO'ed
Malignaggi off a year layoff/No Tune-up - TKO'ed
To me it seems that only fighters nobody cares about but have a known name don't get a tune-up fight. They instantly get put in there with active fighters that promoters want to build. It always felt to me like Haymon was there to just use Maidana. Haymon never payed Maidana well like all of his protegees, even fighting Mayweather. Broner/Khan got equal or greater paychecks on the UNDERCARD. Maidana has been in the toughest fights of the past decade with almost nobody but the best with everyone expecting him to lose, always headlining main events and putting on spectacular performances, but he never gets paid like the other Haymon fighters and he never gets promoted like the other Haymon fighters. He's just there to get tossed aside like yesterday's garbage. Haymon offered Porter the Maidana fight, knowing Maidana hasn't been in the ring, much less the GYM and coming off 2 losses and is severely overweight without offering MAIDANA the Porter fight?
Haymon to me seems to only heavily promote and care for American fighters, such as Porter, Thurman, Wilder, etc which I think in terms of boxing is a good thing to try and get the American masses back to boxing. But at the same time certain fighters will get the ****-end of the stick such as Maidana. Do you guys honestly think Haymon put Maidana in front of Broner to make Broner lose? Lol..
Anyway, back to the fight. If Maidana doesn't came in at 147 looking flabby as hell and gasses out in under 4 rounds then it might be a good fight. But losing weight rapidly is bad. It makes fighters chinny. I don't expect Maidana to be anything but a stepping stone for Porter. Just like how Haymon wanted to make Maidana a stepping stone for Keith Thurman right after Maidana had lost to Devon Alexander and was contemplating retirement...

Maidana won't take it, at least he shouldn't as of right now, he needs to lose weight and get a tune up or 2, he needs to get in fighting shape first and Porter doesn't offer a big payday for Maidana to take a whooping for, Maidana needs to be in great shape and take this very seriously to win

It' a shame.......
It's a shame when you Maidana fans want him to fight a tune up for Porter!? Hahahaha!!!!!!!!!! You change your tune real quick but you are the same fans who claim he can beat Manny Pacquiao. Hahahaha!!!!!!!!! Anyway, Maidana's fat ass is finished. Once a fighter gains that type of weight in between fights, it's a wrap. He will NEVER be the same. What a pity too. He had at least 4 more fights in him.
