Arce is very tough and he can take some punishment without getting discourage in a fight but I have seen him dazed a few times and I suspect that his chin is not what many think it is.

Arce is fighting the JL Castillo of the little guys on Saturday so if his chin is a bit suspect like I believe it is then Jorge could be in real big trouble.

I think Carbajal doesnt get enough credit for what he did in boxing. He was p4p one of the hardest hitters and toughest mf in boxing.I think he retired on a good win because he knew Arce was the future of the divison and he took him out.

            Good post.

Michael Carbajal is one of the best punchers of the last twenty years.
He had fight-turning power, in both hands, from the opening bell until deep into a fight.

Arce was very impressive in that fight....really putting it on the older fighter. But, he got caught, & caught by a true puncher.

Carbajal was a great fighter they called him "Little Hands of Stone." Him and Humberto "Chiqita" Gonzalez another great fighter, they had had wars in the ring. Their first fight is an all time classic. I belive this fight lead to the first million dollar fight ever at this weight and this fight brought new boxing fans to the lower weight class's and made the boxing world pay attention to the lower weight class's, the fighters of the lower weight benifited from this fight and there triligy.

Heres a video clip of there fight.
