There's a huge difference in saying you want somebody, then proceed to fight a nobody. I'm not buying this crap again.

Thurman vs Brook, Garcia vs Porter and Khan vs Robert Guerrero

I know Maidana said he wanted Garcia, if he can make it back and make 147 again I would love to see Garcia vs Maidana!

If Thurman was ever going to fight Porter, Brook, Khan..... then it needed to be BEFORE he started calling out Mayweather, and it needed to be BEFORE Thurman started telling us what he thinks he deserves.

        promises, promises.....

Props to Khan, he WANTS it, you can tell, no reason he can't fight Khan, Porter or Brook by the end of the year, I would like to see him wipe the floor with Khan and then a big fight with Brook next year! Go Keith!

How can you tell khan wants it, khan is a bum at welter

he has fought no one of any note

              no punchers no nothing

his resume at 147 is very limited!!!

if he does fight anyone decent he brings them up from 140!!!

Thurman would push khans **** in!!!!

And yet, his resume at welter is likely better than Thurmans

Thurman is talking big, but selecting small..... he is the Golovkin of 147.

Wake me up if Keith " I stepped up One-Time " Thurman, makes it Two-Times.

Any update from Sometimes Thurman? We could assume that the Porter fight is getting done at this point.

"I'm going to have a conversation with [my manager] Al Haymon and really sit down to get a fight that's worthwhile," Thurman said.

"I can only deal with so much of the politics. I want something meaningful before the year is out. The Guerrero fight was a meaningful fight, the Collazo fight was a so-so fight. I want a meaningful fight to end the year on. It could possibly Amir Khan, Kell Brook, and Shawn Porter. There's a lot of options. I'm interested in those UK boys."

                    Any word from Thurman yet?
