Garcia looked like a legit welter but was otherwise unimpressive in a fight clearly intended to make him look good.
Agreed 100%

There are some women you don't mess with because they will black your eyes bloody your nose and choke you Out !!
Miss Ronda is one of them. May Jr knows who can whupp his Azzzzz and he knows Miss Ronda would !!! Not only whupp it but Choke his Azzzzz then let him have a bit of air then put the choke back on until his gorilla's can pull her off hahahahahahaha. Jr would think twice about beating a woman if the judge said the sentence is Miss Ronda's choke hold if you beat any more !!! Jr would become a good citizen of the state

I love Floyd and think he is one of the 15 best boxers ever but Ronda would destroy him and possibly KO him. If you think otherwise you are dulusional.Comment

Leave it to Fitzsimmons to become a believer in Garcia, while trashing Rousey and Tyson. Garcia beat a smaller, older, shop-worn, brittle-handed fighter in Malignaggi & suddenly the optimism for what he can do @ WW goes up? Sorry, but I need to see more...much more. Rousey is a sensation right now, whether she's facing what is considered top competition or not. She's only had 12 professional fights, and as she continues to fight, naturally the competition may get tougher. She is facing other professional fighters though, and not some waitresses they found @ Denny's, so give the woman some credit.
As for Tyson, he was a badass in his prime. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the youngest HW champion ever. Buster Douglas was the only fighter to beat Tyson in his prime. It is well documented that Mike was going through a divorce and wasn't training or living like he should have when he fought Douglas. He was abusing drugs and alcohol at the time. He would have destroyed Lennox Lewis if they had fought in their prime years. The fights with Holyfield would have been much more epic with a likely split in victories if they had fought in their prime. As for Mcbride and Williams, Tyson was a shell of his former self and no longer had the passion to fight by his own admission. Lyle's "comparison" and bashing of Rousey and Tyson & praise of Garcia is inaccurate and biased; traits of a lousy journalist who's articles should encompass the opposite.Comment
