So it's Thurman the one that seems more insane as Floyd has never expressed interest in him. Not with Khan at all. Big difference.
Ok he's been up for the fight countless times and hasn't ever gotten anything but the cold shoulder.

No one gives a shlt about a Floyd farewell fight. The only reason one would tune in is to see if the new guy could knock him out.

Well Berto can't. Floyd is hated, not beloved, and he's a boring pot shot fighter. Like I said, absolutely no one gives a shlt about a Floyd farewell fight for the sake of a farewell fight.
      I pretty much agree.

I'm a big Mayweather fan, but I have no interest in watching a farewell fight, or retirement fight.

Seen heaps of top-level Mayweather fights, not interested in anything else.

Mayweather dont need a contribution from me for his retirement fund

I would watch a top opponent, of course.

There may be a few but you're pretty much in the groove.

And I wouldn't be surprised if the "farewell" fight was pushed back to next May.

          Thurman would get badly outclassed.

He is clearly not on Mayweathers level.

Guerrero and Maidana were both ranked higher than Thurman, and they were both coming off signature wins.

Keith " only stepped up One-Time " Thurman, left his run a little late considering that Mayweathers schedule has been visible for years.

But I think you may have missed my main point..... the reason why I dont think that any of the welters are deserving is not just because they have underwhelming/weak resume's..... it is because they have INTENTIONALLY avoided tough competition, hoping to land the Mayweather payday by being the last man standing, and then begging..... just like Thurman is doing now.

Ain't that the truth, but the problem is if he fought Spence now and lost it would make him look like a bum due to Spence being a very hard puncher to the body and I think he knows he can easily get hurt if he's reckless. Now what should of happened was him staying on HBO fighting Bradley or Canelo/Cotto winning either fights then fighting Porter or Maidana/Khan looking impressive enough for Floyd to take that fight.

Also people forget that Floyd did have a great year in 2013 against Guerrero/Canelo even looked good in the Cotto fight but Floyd should of had Bradley, Brook, Khan or at least Lara on his radar at that time because from 2011 til 2014 he should of knocked those guys off, or at least fought Berto in 2010 like he should of instead of Mosley.

cause the outcome now would be Floyd fighting Brook,Thurman, Garcia or Khan Next or having a rematch with Canelo/Cotto or Manny at 100% because those rematches will bring the most revenue in
