Apparently Haymon has a rule that if you sign with him, you can't train under Freddie Roach and if you are training under Roach you must leave him. Lucian Bute who was training under Roach mysteriously stopped talking to him and went back to Canada, and a few weeks later signed with Haymon. Kid Chocolate stopped working with Roach as well. Vanes Matirosyan left Roach when he signed with Haymon.

Whats the deal? Why won't Haymon let any of his fighters work with Roach?

If I had a chance to make three or four times the money that I had been making, I would dump Freddie Roach too.

The answer is easy Freddie Roach is an HONEST trainer Trainer of the Year AGAIN!!! The best in the business today. Haymon is suspect with his TMT & Mayweather connections

With all the fighters Haymon has I'd be shocked if no one is with Freddie currently. Freddie isn't perfect by any means, but he's one of the best trainers in the game.
