        Bell claimed dental problems but Cunningham I believed said Bell wouldn't fight him for the money offered. I dunno. I think this is a very disappointing card when you consider its Showtime's feature card of the month but I've never seen Cunningham fight and would like to scout him to see if a Bell fight would be worth being excited over.
