    Danny Garcia deserves credit

I know he gets shat on a lot because he may have got some close decisions recently but at 140 he fought Lucas,Lamont, and Khan. Herrera is obviously no bum either based on his recent fights.
Sure he had the Salka fight and it was ridiculous and A shot Paulie Saturday night but He and broner have been the 2 Haymon guys that have taken the toughest fights recently.
I don't think Garcia is a great fighter but he's fought some of the best in his last division and I think we'll see him in there against the best at 147 win or lose.
Let's give the kid a break

I gave him a ton of credit for beating Matthysse, despite all the screaming and crying from the Matty buttlickers and the anti Haymons about low blows and lucky punches. It was a good win.

Since then he's been a disappointment. My biggest problem was that he clearly got a gift against Herrera and should have given him a rematch. But instead he makes a 77th ranked fighter with no power move up one and half weight classes? A catch weight against Peterson where he looked unimpressive and a fighting a shot, washed up Paulie who hasn't fought in over a year and was coming off a horrible knockout loss?

I think we give him TOO much credit.

Danny has fought solid and tough comp for the majority of his career. His beating Salka shouldn't take away from everything else he has done. He moved up to WW and fought Paulie, so what?

A lot of the backlash is because he beat Matts, Morales and Khan, 3 boxers that have passionately delusional fans on NSB. That and his association with haymon.

IMO he lost to Herrera and the Petersen fight was close. Are we going to start holding robberies and close wins against all boxers?

I give him his credit because he continues to find a way to win even when looking less than stellar. The exception is El Maestro who I thought beat Danny desicively!

To me Garcia has always been an overachiever so its no surprise to me that hes had a few sub par performances

What impresses me is that he keeps winning.

I think he gets entirely too much criticism

he's been in the ring with fighters he was supposed to lose to as well as fighters he was supposed to beat....it's the fights that he was suppose to lose that got his critics upset....they can't accept the fact that he's better than they give him credit for

What credit?? Harrera and Peterson kicked Danny gift Garacia's ass.

Why he is not giving Harrera a rematch? Harrera called him many times but he keep ducking him.
