Why doesn't Floyd give Broner a payday?

I mean they are very good friends and all Broner would have had to do is beat a name at least like Alexander and the backlash wont be as much as it would be for Berto. As a friend he could give Broner the gift of a pay day and Broner losing to Floyd would mean absolutely nothing now since he has lost twice already.

I don't want this fight to happen but if I could give my good friend a wad of cash without it taking an impact on his career I would, that's all.
