Yea, I think reason is cause they have a fight with Quillin planned already. He can't say "let's do the rematch" then go ahead and fight Quillin instead. But still, the way he said no rematch and acting like he actually did something is quite the turn off.

Im guessing he was gifted that belt to sell a fight vs Quillin. Lol
