I think Rios posed more of a danger due to Kells lack of an inside game and the fact that Rios is one of the best inside fighters today.

Chavez still poses a problem. He can punch and is pretty quick. Solid beard as well. Idk but Chaves has been in the ring with the better fighters and has proven he belongs among the elite.

Also what happen to that Alexander vs Chaves eliminator?

I think it's because all the top fighters are confident in beating him and his promoter is willing to work with everyone.

I can't explain the Bradley draw lol.

Brook just said that he hopes to have a name for his next opponent by the end of next week, so news hasn't got back to him if it is indeed Chavez.

That's an OK fight, out of all the fighters at 147lb who'd actually be willing to travel to Sheffield, be competitive and be entertaining, Chaves would be somewhere near the top of that small list.

Shame the negotiations with Rios didn't work out, he'd have been the better option.

Out of Chaves and Devon, they should have fought Devon instead.

Yes Devon lost to Khan, but he is still a respectable name to have on ur resume. Brook and Devon also have history together.

Chaves does absolutely nothing for Brook

Kell could have fought Chaves in May, but they went and fought Gavin instead

Brook wasted a year, could have made his mark, but chose to take soft touches and boxers with no credibility.

I guess he has to keep the Khan dream alive, cant take unnecessary risks
