rios works more..has better head movement as well..overall a lot less lazy than provo, but he has to be on his game to show that..the rios that sparked out anthony peterson was a beast that provo has not matched

but rios is broner like they have the ability to be ring, different types of course, but they dont put in the work to be great 100% of the time..
