Yeah, all I know is he's a commentator on Box Azteca and he tends to be very critical of the fighter's performances. He will even post blogs on his FB to further analyze and criticize a fighters performance.

I believe he's from Argentina or some other South American country. There's other analyst and commentators in Mexico that rate Cotto over Canelo as well. ESPN A Los Golpes or Golpe a Golpe are pretty non bias shows from Mexico that critique and break down fights and individual performances from all across the world.
