As long as it's another spectacle I'll be happy.
People hate on Chavez but like Floyd he is a villain. That's what makes him entertaining. Although, unlike Floyd (who is actually a good boxer), Chavez is completely incompetant. Which is great.Comment

It will be rosado....
The bute fight is interesting,, at one point before froch took bute's soul, Lucien was a very skilled fighter... I would still favor him over chavez...
As for fonfara,,, chavez don't want noneComment

It'll be Bute or Rosado and either one is a sure Chavez Jr win. Bute has been a shot fighter since getting destroyed by Froch and Rosado is a career 154 journeyman level guy who'd be forced to fight at 170 or so with Jr's ridiculous weight issues. He'll probably manage to look awful in "winning" against either though.
A Fonfara rematch is a Chavez stoppage loss again and it's hard to buy Chavez Jr being serious about that fight. He didn't look to have changed anything in the Reyes fight to indicate that he has a chance against Fonfara in a rematch.Comment

Rosado's name is only there to make his real choice not as bad when he makes his future opponent come down to 169.65.Comment

Initially, former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. was supposed be out of the gym for three weeks while healing a left hand injury that he suffered in his last fight. But now it seems he will need at least a month of rehabilitation, which pushes his return to a date in November or December instead of September or October as he previously said.
Chavez is still looking at potentially fighting former champion Lucian Bute, who returns to the ring in two weeks. The Mexican star is also considering Gabriel Rosado and a rematch with Andrzej Fonfara.

( Rosado started at jr middle weight and is currently fighting as a middle weight)
Chavez likes picking smaller guys , and lately he makes them move 2 divisions up to fight him.Comment
