Most people had it close for Lucas or a draw. Ruslan won almost all the final 4-5 rounds. That's the truth. That's how the boxing scoring system work. Lucas dominated the first half, Ruslan the second half. Lucas dominated better the first half than ruslan did the second part, but it wasn't wide, it was close, IMO.

Ruslan narrowed the gap but it was clear who the winner was.

On points, it was feasible to have it close, but Lucas won most of his rounds in more damaging and dominating fashion. 10-08 rounds need to be scored much more often but it's not happening until judges are trained with a different mindset. Scoring 10-09 for every kind of round is just plain laziness.

I would've scored the 1st or 2nd round(can't remember which) 10-08 as well. So, instead of 115-113, the fight would read 115-111, which is a little more indicative of how the fight went. No doubt Ruslan finished strong, but he took nearly the entire fight off, save for a round or two, to do so.
