Someone in the States, please do some homework for me.....

Pick up a phone book, and tell me how many people are qualified to assess standard rotator cuff surgery and the resulting rehab.

Is it more than 50,000 ?

And yet, not one doctor/specialist in the Phillies is qualified to assess rehab ?

So, Manny is the most qualified rehab specialist in the Philippines, right ?

I look forward to seeing Manny fight in Nov/Dec, as was always going to be the case.

" Arum is fine with Pacquiao's position to self-rehab "

If only Pacquiao showed that type of commitment when fighting Mayweather.
