Too early for that. Kovalev/Pascal is already scheduled, Ward is coming off a significant layoff and he hasn't even planned his next move yet. He wanted GGG and Kovalev because it would give him wins over 2 of the top 10 best fighters in the world and put him at the pinnacle of the sport. So naturally, it would make sense to fight GGG at 168, beat him, and then go after Kovalev instead of beating Kovalev and having to go back down in weight.
Since GGG's team has essentially said "we can't beat you at 168 but if you give put yourself at a disadvantage we will try", we will see how this affects Ward's future plans.
