I voted for Trinidad. He was a world champion at 20 years old and won his first 40 fights in a row before losing to Hopkins. He never was as good after his loss to Hopkins and 160 was too heavy for him. He was hard to beat at 147 and 154 and was never defeated at those weights. He had 15 successful title defenses at 147 winning 12 by KO. The only guys he didn't KO at 147 were De La Hoya, Whitaker and Camacho and they were nearly impossible to KO. He was weight drained against Oscar but still got the win. Then he won the 154 pound title and KOed two other fighters in title defenses including Fernando Vargas. Then he went to middleweight and won the title from Joppy and then losing to Hopkins. So from age 20 to age 30 he had over 20 fights for world titles and won them all except the last one to Hopkins. His punching power was unreal. He hit much harder than Mosley and I don't think Chavez or Mayweather could handle that power. Someone will surely say he had loaded wraps which is total BS. Hopkin's trainer made him rewrap his hands because he used too much tape which is totally different from loaded wraps. The amount of tape he used is legal everywhere in the world but New York. Tape and gaze protect the fighter's hands but add nothing to his punch. Trinidad only had to rewrap his hands. He was not fined or punished because he never cheated or attempted to cheat.

No matter how is slice it and who you ask its floyd then Chavez. I have them sitting pretty much equal with Floyd a spot or maybe two in front.

But no matter what Tito is behind both and that is a universal fact. And Tito is one of my favorite fighters to watch. But Floyd and Chavez are above Tito on the all time list.

Mayweather and its not even close

He beat better fighters than Chavez and Trinidad

won more lineal titles than both

beat more lineal champions than both

Was clearly the best of his era and has only had one fight in his 48 fight career that can be considered close, a draw or a loss

Skill-wise he is better than them, the eye test as well.....Mayweather dealt with different styles better than both fighters

Can the people that rate Chavez over Floyd explain why? I explained my choice

unless its because of style preference, I just don't see how he could be rated higher.....Mayweather has simply done more and beaten better fighters

Chavez fought everyone he should have fought from 130-140 and beat all of them. He didn't duck anyone or didn't wait for them to get older. Lastly, the manner in which he won, which is by finishing his opponent, is more impressive than coasting to a decision victory.

Non of the above! Mayweather cherrypicked through his career as a welter very carefully.
Theres on ATG and p4p King and his name was Sugar Ray Robinson!
Everyone else is second or third or not that important.
                Mayweather handles Robinsons gym bag.

                Ray

fraud jr name should not even be mentioned on the atg list. he's a certified cherrypicker fighter that wins a boring md, sd, and ud.

damn, for once let's be truthful here!
