Prime Cotto is dangerous for anybody. He still had flaws but he was a driven bastard back then. I say he is top 3 in today's Welterweight! Hard to tell as there is some decent talent coming up!

Prime Cotto thrashes everybody at 147 right now, including old Floyd and Manny.

We'd get some great fights with Mayweather and Pac, and a couple wars with Brook and Thurman. Saying he beats everyone is a stretch, he wasn't that dominant against similar caliber fighters at his best.

He would do very well. He might beat the much older versions of Pacquiao and Mayweather especially if you give him Roach as his trainer although that would be a problem since Roach trains Pacquiao. What the hell, this is pretend anyway. Prime welterweight Cotto beats all the other welterweights except maybe Brook. He would knock Khan's stomach in and then knock him out cold.

Pacquiao will always have the style to beat him, with or without peds but today's version? Seeing how Bradley pressured Pacquiao in the rematch, mind you I'd never favor Cotto over Pacquiao normally but right now, I'd favor Cotto.

Cotto would cut off the ring against Thurman and force him to fight up close where I expect Cotto to have the full advantage and maybe even stop Thurman? That's a maybe because I still want to see more of Thurman, still a fan of his and I really enjoy his unique style but I'd go with Cotto.

No need to break any of these down, Cotto > Brook, Porter, Broner, Khan.

Mayweather has slipped, I'd still favor Mayweather, he'd stay on his toes unlike that fight of theirs where he opted to fight off the ropes after the 5th round.

It'd be fun if we had a prime Cotto right now, no doubt. His style is good enough to show us the who's who of the division.

So Cotto gets to go back to prime and the 2 fighters who beat him have to stay past prime?
