If Paulie isn't completely finished and can bring anything close to what he did against Broner he can definitely cause an upset. Garcia hasn't looked great recently and guys who can box on the backfoot give him problems. I'm intrigued by this fight.

The fight is weak. There no question there. No surprise Garcia would take a small/soft welterweight on his first trip up. Can't blame him for that. That being said..this is no fight of the year candidate.
