Thats his legacy in boxing right now. We were on our way to Stevenson kovalev, he runes it, GGG Chavez, ruined that, HBO was about to make Mikey Garcia a star, nope, when Floyd PAC should of happened, he ran him to Showtime.

And what's Haymon given us in return.

    BJ Flores...
    lol

HBO ruined Stevenson-Kovalev (refusing to match the open bid for the fight that they'd already agreed to air), Top Rank ruined Chavez Jr-Golovkin (refusing to pay Chavez Jr near market value for the fight, unless he agreed to again extend his contract for a few more option fights), Top Rank stopped Mikey Garcia from becoming a star (putting a college-educated, budding star, Mexican fighter on the shelf for the simple fact of asking about the money he's supposed to be getting is pretty ridiculous), and Pacquiao was the party who walked away from the fight in 2009 (drug testing), 2010 (drug testing) and 2012 (purse split). Stevenson still has the Fonfara rematch (Fonfara has seemingly cemented himself as a top 5 light heavyweight), a potential fight with Beterbiev, potentially massive Quebec fights with Bute and Pascal, Chavez Jr, and the string of "more bums" at his disposal, all at paydays higher than what HBO seems willing to commit to any fighter not named Canelo, Cotto, or Wladimir.

Stevenson literally left HBO for Showtime to earn double what they were offering on HBO, yet you seem to keep to this illusion that HBO is the place where the money is.

Stevenson could have fought Kovalev, BHop, and Pascal, but he decided to fight Sukhotsky, Bika, and Karpency instead.

A champion who ducks the best men in his division to fight lesser opponents has no credibility. And a discredited champion is a paper champion.

The lineal title has no validity in a case like that.
Roy Jones Jr was light heavyweight kingpin, who lost to Antonio Tarver, who lost to Glen Johnson, who lost to Antonio Tarver, who lost to Hopkins, who lost to Chad Dawson (Calzaghe defeated Hopkins by SD, but him retiring not long after and Hopkins continuing on with his run kept the lineal title with the Hopkins/Dawson/Pascal winner), who lost to Adonis Stevenson.

keep hating if you want (Only reason Stevenson didn't agree to fight Hopkins was because he was unwilling to give Hopkins 75% of the money for coming to fight in Stevenson's home town, and he didn't fight Pascal because he was unwilling to give Pascal near 50% for a mandatory title challenge that only was written to pay him 25% of the pot)
