        Your point was proven wrong by the poster with the betting odds. He's always been the favourite, hence he wasn't "supposed to lose so many times before".

                      Erm.....Can you actually read? A poster said he was supposed to have lost many times before, and the odds for a few of his fights were posted to discredit that claim.
