I think Kovalev K.O Ward inside 4 rounds if he starts the fight hot. You just can't dodge those hammers for 12 rounds. The man who beats Kovalev should have Iron chin and really can take it, needs to impose his power and proves he is the stronger man, I think there is no Hagler in the Horizon for today's Mugabi " A.K.A Kovalev ", being smart is simply not enough.

I think GGG is the better choice for Ward, he is less risky, and he has much higher chance to get the win, compared to his chances against Kovalev, but loss against GGG will be more destructive to his reputation as an elite boxer. He can lose to Kovalev and come back strong, because he will be moving up in weight. Even Stevenson is scared to fight Kovalev.

That is exactly why Ward will not fight Kovalev... (Ward didn't even have the courage to fight Bute, back in 2012.)
Kovalev is way above Kesser or Froch.... and Ward knows that.

Ward isn't going to enter the same ring with Kovalev... Don't you worry: Golovkin will take Ward until the end of 2016 (if he's still "active", of course)...

The way Kovalev beat Hopkins was heaps more impressive than K.O him.

I seen him spar a cruiserweight actually back in 2011 and everybody knew this guy was going to be special. He's very ruthless and kind of demonic in the ring but nice guy outside the ring.
Exactly!!...SOG-Krusher is a GREAT GREAT GREAT fight...I heard Max say Ward is a SPECIAL fighter and that he should be fav in that fight as well the fav against ANYONE under Cruiserweight...BOTH fighters are the truth

Krusher is levels above Mister 164 without a doubt....far more PROVEN with a far more respectable body of work

John David Jackson doesn't get the credit he DESERVES for Krusher's dominate performance against BHop....probably the only time that BHop has been in with someone who already had the answers to the test

Ward fresher & quicker than Bhop. Could close the gap and spoil Kov's offense. On the flipside Kov is a big dude, so if he's able to manhandle him he'll get the stoppage.

Hopkins is good at clinching his opponents after each punch, but he couldn't get close to Kovalev for 95% of the fight.

Ward will need to win his fight from the outside, where Kovalev is the most dangerous.
I disagree completely. Kovalev is much more comfortable punching at range and Ward is much better on the inside. Ward will win this by dominating in close. Can't wait for this fight.

I agree. Ward will headbutt Kova's fists to a pulp...
