Mine
1.Puerto Rico (per capita the most champion in the world creates legends every single decade 1990=macho Camacho 2000s =Cotto 2010s =Verdejo)
2.Mexico (solid champion such as Chavez,Salvador Sanchez,Marquez but 8/10 Mexican fighters are journeyman similar to Orlando Salido )
3.Cuban (has good defensive fighters currently such as Rigo ,Lara plus legends such as Kid Gavilan and Mantequilla plus great amateur fighters)
4.Argentina (Carlos monzon best 160 fighter ever plus rugged champion such as maidana and mathyyse)
