What he did with Algeri was truly eye opening. He is definitely up there with the best.

Despite losing to Wlad, Jennings might still be the best American Heavyweight he is just more skilled than Wilder and others and also showed a damn good Chin vs Wlad. If JDJ can help him with his Offense then Jennings is going to be very tough to deal with. I know he said he got tired of training ungrateful American Fighters. Could you imagine trying to train someone like Broner, I know it is very Difficult to train guys who think they're already stars but haven't done anything in the sport so I don't blame him

But yeah JDJ is a excellent Trainer! He looks like Superfly
Kovalevs jab has improved much more, his technique in general. Before he was with jdj he was very good with power but a bit wild, now it looks alot more cordinated, especially that one two with the jab he has.

That would be a very interesting pairing.

Wouldn't say he's the best yet but he's definitely up there.

He might be in the running for trainer of the year if he keep up the good work with Kovalev and make Algeri win a KO in his next fight.
