I love the guy now for real. Respect the hell out of him. Lemieux is his newest investment in his smaller stable, which he is trying to rebuild after Al stole all those fighters from him...... and he is risking him against GGG for us fans. Now I'm hopeful that Golovkin-Canelo with happen. Oscar is a great guy. I will make it a point to support everything Golden Boy and Oscar is associated with.
Love him or Hate him but Oscar is putting up the best fights

People love ****ting on Oscar & with the addict & crossdressing episodes ("I am Caitlyn De La Hoya") he's an easy mark, but he's always come across as a guy who likes to make good fights. And looking back on his career he had a bunch of good fights or compelling matchups too so it makes sense he's been that way as a promoter to his own fighters.Comment

Hating at it finest...hbo and showtime also forced him to give us conelo vs lara also? When only us the hardcore Fans was asking

Oscar was big time against that fight what are you talking about. Canelo pressured him to make the Lara fight. Oscar was saying nah up til fight time I think & **** personally I thought Lara shoulda won so he was right lol.
I didn't follow the Lemieux vs GGG stuff early on so idr what he said or intended there, but it doesn't sound like he was very opposed to it from what I've read today.Comment

Spot on. He's the best promoter currently producing fights we actually want to see.People love ****ting on Oscar & with the addict & crossdressing episodes ("I am Caitlyn De La Hoya") he's an easy mark, but he's always come across as a guy who likes to make good fights. He's doing what promoters are suppose to do but hesitant to do it. Props for sure to Oscar. You can say all you want about the guy but he's matching up his limited roster with best possible fights with Matthysse vs Provodnikov and Lemieux vs Golovkin and possibly Cotto vs Canelo. Can't say the same with these other promoters out there. He really does care about the fans and wants to make the best fights out there. Thanks Oscar.
Maybe if Haymon ran his PBC promotions like this he'd have way better TV ratings.Comment

And why is it Haymons PBC Promotions never wants to collaborate with others promoters, like Oscar does and pit his best vs the others best?Comment
