I rate Kovalev, his boxing ability is very underrated but he doesn't come close to beating any of the guys OP mentioned.

Adamek didn't do bad as a HW, and he didn't possess Kovalev's power at LHW and was much easier to hit. Adamek's chin was granite though.

at LHW, Adamek had a very good power plus he was a really good comination puncher. And his run at HW was pretty average. He only beat Arreola and that's it.

Kovalev wouldn't last 2 rounds, let's be real here.

I didn't see Adamek as much of a puncher at LHW. He was more of a combination guy who kept up his workrate till the end of the 12th. He had more power once he put on some weight and fought at CW.

I don't see why Kovalev couldn't do pretty good if he took the time to put on some weight, or especially roided up. Let's face it, the HW division is mostly garbage.. Anybody that's half decent and weighs around 200 lbs can beat much of the competition there.
