He took the 5th ********* in court which means he did not say anything and certainly would not have apologized because that goes against his legal stance which was to admit nothing. He has no ***ing conscience.

WRONG!! He did not pay his debt! Crimes like the ones he did put guys away for 10 years! He got off with a slap on the wrist by comparison. He tormented, physically and emotionally abused women and UNDERAGE GIRLS! And because they changed the age law before he went to court, he got off on lessor crimes. For entertainment, Adonis would make the girls box each other in the nude, if they didn't get a knock out adonis would hit them. The victims were aged from 17 to 25 at the time.

He did turn pro late, for reasons already mentioned and has done exceptionally well. I think the success he has had in the ring is a testament to his fitness levels, to maintain very good reflexes and stamina at 37, that's some hard work right there.

He's done a very good job since he turned pro late.
He could of managed to achieve even more in the sport had he not been such a vile waste of space in his younger years.

i dont like how it appears he is ducking kovalev (1 of my top 5 fav active boxers now) but given his age and experience, stevenson is quite impressive.

When he was involved with the street gang in the late 90s, he was training at the same time to earn a spot on the Canadian Olympic boxing team. Then when the gang was busted, all of that went up in smoke and he went to prison for a ridiculously short period of time, 4 years but he was out in less than two. But that time was long enough to derail his career for a few years. He was released in 2001 and had a short amateur career, losing twice to Pascal. He turned pro in 2006 and went on a bit of a tear before the daunting Darnell Boone stopped him in two rounds in 2010.

He took the loss badly and took a year off after it and came back totally refreshed in 2011 and has been quite active since then, avenging his loss to Boone, knocking him out in 6 in 2013 and fighting three more times in 2013 with devastating results for his opponents. He looked like he could go down as a great LHW.

Makes it all the sadder that he ran to Haymon instead of fighting Kovalev when he had the chance.
