of course he didn't admit he was injured. he wanted to keep his purse. it was a complete farce. the guy had no meniscus in his knees and he tried to box what a joke. he thanked cotto for giving him 2 million dollars when he could barely walk.
Wish he would've gotten more spotlight earlier in his career, this dude took a little and made a whole lot with it. Late starter, no major promoter with power, he achieved a lot. Enjoy retirement champ.
I really enjoyed watching Sergio's career...really exciting fights. Too bad the injuries of the sport wore him down and I'm glad he's enjoying retirement.
