I don't subscribe to your point of view... Lara is the actual "slick" and has long hends also... With proper refereeing, GGG dispatches Ward easier... Lara is very tricky and clean... Lara didn't lose to Canelo -- he dropped that fight...

My personal take is that Lara would be the worst matchup for GGG...
I wanted that fight myself and I hope that it happens early 2016...

If GGG fights Lemmiux next at least that's a step in the right direction and he would claim the IBF belt. It is also a better fight than Lara cuz at least Lemmiux is a middleweight. However, if he doesn't get Lemmiux who I think is the most dangerous outside of Jacobs and GGG, he should move up to 168 period. Lara would have been good though definitely the best opponent that GGG would have faced.

abel is right lara does not deserve a title shot against golovkin lara is a 154 pound fighter who has done nothing at 160.a no name fighter like lara who can cant draw flies to **** does not get automatic title shots.

If Lara is a nobody he should fit in with every fighter he has fight ...a whole list of nobodies ...except this fighter is a nobody with a better resume and had had a great amatuer career ...enough with the excuses ..he said all true comp is scare but 2 highly decorated fighters have called him out and all he has is excuses...one bigger and one smaller ...find me a good excuse no one will pay to see GGG fight on ppv ...when he start having big ppv numbers call me ...as of now lara been involved in a fighter with bigger ppv numbers ...GGG has not had.
