A known cheater who's main job was to create PEDs that were undetectable. None of his athletes ever failed a drug test. People snitching and a paper trail is how the athletes finally got exposed and to avoid him going to jail he ratted them out. He got banned for life from basically every major sport that's the only reason he is now training boxers because boxing is one of the only sports that didn't follow suit and ban him. There is more evidence that Memo is cheater and his fighters are dirty then there is Manny is a cheater.
